I've spent 12+ years in finance leadership roles spanning investment banking, credit ratings, real estate, and hospitality — including building a finance function from scratch across three continents and underwriting over $250MM in real estate transactions.
Most recently, I served as an outsourced financial consultant and fractional CFO, running finance and accounting functions concurrently for clients across hospitality, retail, professional service firms, and manufacturing. I founded F&M Management to bring that same hands-on, strategic finance partnership to growing businesses in real estate, hospitality, and consumer goods.
A growing part of my work is helping clients integrate AI thoughtfully into their finance function — automating repetitive work so every strategic decision still runs through direct, hands-on human collaboration. I hold a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Babson College.
